THE RJA RESPONSE TO THE COMMISSION

TO Whom It May Concern

We are writing to re-iterate our response and make clear our position regarding the recent appointment of the so called Jubaland Electrol and Boundary Commission. We believe the process of this commission has been selected by the Jubaland leader lacks the necessary consultation with the concerned parties including the RJA movement.

We have no doubt that the leader has acted alone and violates the fundamental democratic decision making process and principles. Moreover, his action is clearly against both the Jubaland state and that of the national constitutional norms.

For that reason the RJA movement would not give an endorsement to this illegitimate commission now or then.

We hope to have herewith informed you sufficiently.
